Appointments

To ensure we dedicate our time at Classy Kids Salon to our existing customers, we now offer convenient 24-hour online booking exclusively. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment date and time. 

At Classy Kids Salon, we understand that plans can shift at any moment. That's why we offer a number of options to try to accomodate for changes in a manner that is also non altering the stylist schedule.

Grace Period

For the times where your schedule is runnng just a little off we offer a no cost 15min grace period. We do appreciate a call to let us know if you will be running behind.

Reschedule

We have a no-fee option to reschedule your appointment if you log into Vagaro account and select the reschedule option at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. If we don't receive a notification or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. You can reschedule appointments up to 3 months in advance.

If you can't make it even with our 15-minute grace period, the stylist may offer to fit you in that day, but this decision depends on various factors, including the impact on other clients and the stylist's personal commitments. If a squeeze-in is not possible, your appointment will be considered canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Our flexible options make managing your bookings with us effortless.

  • Can I stay or leave during my child's appointment?
    Absolutely! You're welcome to stay, but we encourage you to take this time for yourself. Feel free to run errands, schedule a quick meeting, or simply enjoy some well-deserved "me time" while your child gets their Classy & Cute Do Done!
  • Do you shampoo my child's hair, or should I do it in advance?
    We've got it covered! All services include shampoo and blow-dry, so there’s no need to wash your child’s hair beforehand. However, please ensure their hair is down and detangled from any previous style before the appointment.
  • Do I need to bring my own beads and hair accessories?
    Nope! All hair accessories are included in your service. We've got a variety of stylish options to make your child's hairstyle pop!
  • My child is sensitive when it comes to their hair or has special needs. Do you have experience with that? What should I expect if they start crying?
    Yes! Our stylists have experience working with children who may be sensitive to hair care or have special needs. If your child has specific concerns, please let us know in the 'Note to Stylist' section when booking. Our team is patient, gentle, and trained to create a calm and comforting experience for every child.
  • How should I prepare my child's hair for their appointment?
    Please make sure their hair is down and detangled from any previous style and ready for shampooing. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Do you offer takedown services?
    Yes, we do! If your child needs their previous style removed before their new look, you can add a takedown service at the time of booking.
